A brown, textured, silhouette-shaped object resembling a person with a rounded head and simple body outline. This is one of Katt's signature characters that resembles humans but this one specifically represents people of color.

* My new “Love More” painting is up and ready to find its new home! I’ve also made new stickers, check them all out in my shop!

* What is going on in Venezuela is tragic and when your family is involved you really feel it. I chose to deal with my emotions by creating a GoFund Me for my family and changing direction on a painting I was working on for a show. I now wanted to deal with my feelings on the canvas to then use it as a tool to bring awareness and aid to my family and their communities. This is the painting I made in a week for The Radical Hotel ‘s group show, Cycle 7: Lucky. The theme being “Lucky” and finding myself in the situation I was in while making this painting made me reflect on how fast someones luck can change in an instant. No matter where you come from or what you are, Luck will always come and go. To read more about this painting CLICK HERE.

You can find the gallery on the same floor as their restaurant “Golden Hour”.

* If you’re local or visiting Asheville, NC make sure to also stop by The Grey Eagle for a show and some tasty tacos, so you can sit outback in the patio, enjoy the summer breeze and see my mural “LOVE MORE”.
