Casey Miller, the creator of “Pretty Tony” is not just a nail tech she’s an incredible artist that makes you fall in love with your mani every time. She also enjoys other mediums such as illustration and making miniature models. Casey’s vision for her new nail studio in West Asheville inside Union Hill salon is truly unique and on brand with who she really is, if you know her personally you know she LOVES pink.
